  Can anyone recommend a "handyman" to me... I have so many little things that need fixing at my house. Also want to build two more rooms (a bedroom and an office or two bedrooms) in the basement. My basement is finished, but I want to enclose the laundry room with the furnace and water heater...those are in the middle of the basement on what I call the "bad side". I'm thinking all I need is someone to frame two rooms, Did the walls (either dry wall or paneling..which I could paint the paneling), And add a drop ceiling. Then of course I would need some electrical work. If anyone knows a dependable, reliable, reasonably priced person that you could refer me to, I would really appreciate it!! I also need a small bathroom floor put in. I've pulled up the majority of the tile that looked like it had been there for 50 years. I've bought some ceramic tiles and linoleum (also Luan), but I'm not sire which would work best in bathroom. Thx
