And I wanted to be clear that my friend is struggling to deal with this ( for reasons I'd rather not divulge to avoid outing personal information about my friend), so it's pretty important that the attorney I send him to is decent and will represent him well. I think he'd do best with someone like my own attorney, who's in a small but well-established practice with a good reputation, not one of the juggernauts like Gordon McKernan's office, where you sort of get the attorney you're assigned to, not Gordon himself.
