  CPAs in Baton Rouge? Recently started up an independent contractor job, so I know figuring out taxes is on me. However, I have no freakin' clue how to do that, so I'm trying to figure if there's any CPAs locally that I can go to, preferably for an affordable price. Anybody got any recommendations/links?

  I have the same issue. Went to Lemoine and associates. The initial conversation was “free”. They told us to come back at the end of the year to finalize and prepare taxes. http://lataxpros.net/Public
