  A couple of years back, we used Home Appliance Service (206-783-7500). Our fridge was still under warranty at the time and this was the repair service sent by the retailer. But, we were completely satisfied with the service we received: showed up when expected, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner, were respectful of our property (put down mats so to not scratch the floor, etc,), AND the problem has not come back.
