  Help installing concrete anchors I'm looking for someone who can install 4 concrete anchor bolts in my garage floor. They'd need an SDS rotary hammer drill, a 1/4 inch carbide bit that can get through rebar, and compressed air to properly clean the pilot holes. I've already got the 5/16 inch tapcon anchors.
