  My wife & I go to Amy Rodriguez at Pixie Salon in North Park. Amy is very experienced, and we were both there yesterday with her on a patio in the back. My wife is particular about her cut and she will no go anywhere else. I have no idea what Lobs are but you can contact Amy at (619) 291-9033, 2236 30 th St San Diego CA 92104. I’m sure in today’s world she is by appointment only.
