  I went to: Dr. Alexander Panagos, Physicians Management 205 West Randolph, Suite 750, Chicago, IL 60606 (312) 853-3666 Went here as it was close to home for me, but I was pleased with them. I only saw the nurse there, who was really helpful when I first phoned and explained everything I would need, then she does the blood/TB tests. I'd recommend this office based on her alone.
