  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Milton's Barber Shop on Castro Valley Blvd. It is right across the street from the Chabot movie theater. Milt is the owner, in his mid 30's; very friendly; takes his time on every single person who goes in his chair! I have been taking my two grandsons there for years! I keep recommending him to others, they go and love the quality of his work as much as I do! Milt is very popular so be prepared to wait...but its definitely worth it!
