  I haven't been happy with XOX or Lee but recently (FINALLY!) found a GREAT place called Sejour Hair Salon and Nail Spa in North Center. 2245 West Irving Park, second floor, 773-250-5440. Kim is excellent for nails (they even have the no-chip gel) and waxing, the salon is spotlessly clean, and the owner Rachel is super nice. Km's available Mon-Sat, but you should make an appointment. Easy/free street parking.
