  I'm a real estate investor and have to clean stuff out often. It depends on how much involvement you are willing to have. Best option is to get 30 yard container and get a couple Latinos from in front of Home Depot to fill them up. If you'd rather pay and have someone take care of everything, call Chris Webb From JJunk B Gone. I use him a lot, when I can't place a container.
