I’m looking for a dentist for my 22 yr old son who has some developmental delays. He’s always gone to Children’s Hospital dentistry but I’m looking for something closer to home. He has disability MassHealth.

Can someone recommend a good, gentle pediatric dentist for my 4 year old?
Bonnie W. replied:
Dr. Jeanne Velde, DMD, she isn't pediatric, however she was very nice and she uses laser to numb instead of needles. That gets a big thumbs up for me, I had a small cavity and I hate needles. When my son was little we had to go all the way to Tewksbury to get a pediatric dentist. There is one in Newburyport, never been though. http://www.newburyportsmiles.com/
