  We do property management and sales Caldwells properties. Www.ncproperties1.com Also I have heard great reviews for on site rentals, and mcquilkin property management. If there is anything I can do to help you please let me know. I recommend doing what Amanda said and meet with different property management companies to see who you feel the most comfortable. You also want a company that does not have a lot of turn over. It can be frustrating when the property manager is changing frequently. Good luck.
