Real estate lawyer recommendations? We signed an agreement last week on a house. Now the sellers family is mad and doesn't want to sell. They want to "keep it in the family". It seems more likely that they didn't realize it would sell for 2.5 times asking and now realize it's worth fixing up.
Anyway, I wrote them a nice letter explaining why the house is important to us and invited them to do the same. And they responded with saying they are getting a lawyer.
So I guess it's time for me to do the same. Any recommendations for someone who could help me navigate this process? Thank you!
