I want to take my SO out tonight to a nice little romantic restaurant but don't know a lot about the locally owned quaint restaurant scene in Phoenix that offers both vegetarian and delicious meat options for me.   Green has good "comfort food" http://greenvegetarian.com. Their sister restaurant Nami has Sunday brunch that is really good. 24 Carrots is good as well.
