  Kristy W. wrote: New ownership in 2015. Had good working relationship with previous owner, but new owner stormed off the job, told me I wasn't a nice person (because I was hovering and asking too many questions) and he didn't need my business. They do have the necessary plumbing skills, but very unprofessional. No concern for customer satisfaction. Leave them alone, don't ask any questions (including cost estimate before work begins), and let them work completely unsupervised and you'll be good to go. I'm now looking for a new plumber.
