jumpinjackieflash replied:Yeah, people bought that shit out when they started stocking up in case it really was the end of the world. I needed a refrigerator because mine was crashing, I tried to buy one on Lowes.com, it got canceled after about 14 days. I had to upgrade and spend about $500 more than I wanted to. Just keep checking, like everything else right now. The stock comes and goes.

Chris P. replied:I don't have a plumber recommendation but if you feel up to it I'd suggest a quick DIY try first. Run to the hardware store and get a 25 foot "snake" (plumbing section). Shove it in the drain and see if you can manually clear the clog. Lowes.com says they're $12, which would be much cheaper than getting a plumber onsite and not a huge sunk cost if it doesn't work.

Often times, washing machine hoses get rusty. Rusty hoses are no longer sealed tight and are the most common cause of leaking washing machines. I set my corner posts first, 2' deep and a bag of Quikrete each. The line posts were set 10' apart and every other one concreted in. Pamela P. replied:Not exactly. The installers have to come do their own measuring (for liability reasons). It's a $35 charge, but you get it credited back when you pay for the installation. (Of course, they keep it for gas and time if you don't go through them.) However, they have free home consults for installation of windows, roofing shingles, fencing, doors, and a few other things (not that your doing any of that. LOL). But that because the consulter works directly for Lowes. The flooring installers are subcontractors...some have worked for Lowes for over 17 years. That's why they charge for the measure-to pay them. You can go to Lowes.com and peruse some of the stainmaster carpets to see if you think you'd even be interested.

I was not considering ignoring his advice, although the F frame interests me more than the bow. But Ed Fongs antenna may be as highly regarded as N9TAX, and it was intended to be used inside PVC. Ed Fong provides SKUs of PVC for several major chains. One of those is 23990 Lowes. The description from Lowes.com reads x10, 200 PSI, SDR21 PVC pressure pipe.
