I'm enlisted, so I don't make a lot of money, but I was lucky enough to purchase a home in Chula Vista back when the market crashed in 2008. I've had a tenants and property manager ever since I left SD in 2012, so my taxes are slightly more difficult than just filling in the blocks on turbo tax. I've had bad experiences trying H&R Block and a couple other "big box" tax prep stores. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
