Injera source in Kitsap? So Ethiopian food is my favorite, and probably the thing I miss most about living in Seattle. I've tried to make some Ethiopian dinners at home, but they all fall flat without some fresh injera. While Ethiopian stews and salads are within the range of my cooking skills, I do not have the skill/time/equipment to nail a 16" diameter spongey sourdough flatbread, so I'd like to find a place to buy it.
Anybody know if there's a shop or industrious person in Kitsap (preferably around Bremerton) who sells injera?

Central Market in Poulsbo will have it once in a blue moon. You might able to call like Central, or even Safeway and have them special ordered though. I've also ordered from here - [http://injeraforyou.com/store/](http://injeraforyou.com/store/). Its not necessarily cheap per se, but the convenience beats traveling to Seattle to get your fix.
