  I can only say from slipped disc experience.. I have had it all! I find a combination works best for me but acupuncture is amazing. I go to kemerton nr. Bredon and see Linda Gaiderman.. Not only is she just lovely she's fab too. She alternates my treatment with massage too. Back into action at Pamington are fab, as is Tracey at bespoke treatment. Oh, and keep moving...
