  How tight are the restrictions? Is a separate facility required? If not, is cross-contact an issue? My girlfriend has celiac so we've scoped out most dedicated gluten-free options around Denver and I'm a huge fan of Four Flowers Bakery! The owner is just starting out and everything is delicious but I'm not positive if she does cheesecakes.
