She had us scheduled in moments. Mario showed up on time, with a great attitude and total approachable professionalism. Mario gave an ETA for the estimate and Amber followed up as well. Estimates arrived exactly when expected. We had a few minor tweaks as we had made some changes and the revised estimates were received very quickly. We were able to get the job scheduled with no hassles. We were given at ETA for the crew to arrive and they arrived on time. I'll admit, when I hear a "crew" will be out and I have not met or chatted about expectations, I always worry about miscommunication. When Louis and Cody arrived, they reviewed the job with us to make sure everything was in order and got to work. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and committed to doing the job right even when when things like huge hidden beams caused some frustration. Louis communicated as the job progressed so we would know how things were going. Our job was scheduled for 2 days and took 2 days. The second day Louis and Valdez? came out who were again, timely, friendly, hard working, communicative and knowledgable. Thank you to Amber, Mario, Louis, Cody and Valdez? Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
Our founder and co-owner, Mario, sharpened his electrical skills among the most challenging conditions for decades in one of the largest U.S. cities and in some of the smallest- which means there's almost nothing we can't do for our Prescott Valley community.
Mario had the privilege of working on the Empire State Building, in subways, renowned hospital Mount Sinai, Florida airports, and residential homes both large and small throughout Arizona. For years, he worked as an electrician in Brooklyn and Manhattan, one-on-one alongside his boss and mentor who has had over 60 years of electrical experience running his own business.
This depth and breadth of unique electrical experience allowed Mario to develop his skills, values, and work ethic in fast-paced jobs held to the highest standards. All of our jobs are estimated and overseen with his direction. Mario is a very hands-on electrician and company owner, and won't hesitate to jump in and help out on a job if it's needed.
With this leadership and our team of skilled electricians, customers benefit from the high levels of quality craftsmanship, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
Describe a typical work day for you?
A typical day for us varies by customer. Some days we are dedicating our team to finishing an apartment remodel or lighting upgrade for a local business, while other days our team of expert electricians is serving multiple customers per day in their homes. They often troubleshoot issues with fuses blown, restoring power, installing new light fixtures and ceiling fans, upgrading service so the customer's home can handle more electrical use, and installing recessed lights, and much more.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
We love to problem solve, and most of all, we are passionate about helping our community with their electrical needs. Afterall, we aren't just in the business of being electricians; our job is to make sure our customers can continue to enjoy the modern conveniences and comforts that electricity provides.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
It is most helpful when a customer clearly communicates their goal. This way, our electricians can provide them with the safest solutions that meet their expectations. We also ensure our customers receive great service by hiring experienced, professional, reliable, and friendly electricians so everyone feels confident that the job is done right!
