  Initial thoughts: Check out the Rusty Scupper Restaurant, Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD. 402 Key Highway, Inner Harbor Marina,Baltimore, MD 21230, tel (410) 727-3678 . Not sure if they have brunch on Saturday, but they do on Sunday. Also, check out the Indigo Landing Restaurant@The Washington Sailing Marina in Alexandria, VA (near DCA Airport). They have a private dining room that seats up to 110 people. Website: http://www.indigolanding.com/ Formerly called Potomac Landing Restaurant.marina. Great views of the potomac and marina.
