  Any recommended insurance companies that aren’t the big guys? Maybe a local co-op? Bonus for good rates for old houses. It’s that time to renew my insurance. My friends and family in another city have had great service from a co-op that unfortunately doesn’t service london. I’ve been with a few big providers like CIBC and TD insurance. Wondering if anyone can recommend a smaller local one, ideally a coop, that has good rates and great service. Bonus if their rates are good for older homes. A must have is rain/ground water for basement flooding, and sewer backup. The rest is standard I think.
