  ATLANTA PEEPS: Needed - a good A/C contractor. The A/C in the main level of my (rented) Inman Park townhouse has finally given up the ghost, and the whole thing needs to be replaced. Since I have tenants living there I need to do it quickly. My property manager has a long history of using not only the lowest bidder, but also the worst of the lowest. To wit, the system his contractor is recommending has an absolutely abysmal rating, so I don't want to go with either that system or his contractor for recommending it. Alas, though, I'm 3000 miles away. So I need a recommendation. Thoughts?
