  Ann A. wrote: Avoid doing business with Rebecca Mangold's Tax Service. We had an appointment made a year in advance, which they ppd and then called 10 minutes late to say they couldn't do it at that time. When we objected, Rebecca became angry. She had one of her associates do our taxes and we were fined twice by the IRS due to mistakes and ended up owing an additional $500 before fines. We had to have another tax preparer re-do our 2019 taxes, despite Mangold saying she would re-do them. Mangold did not respond to more than a dozen calls and emails requesting that she make the corrections. In fact, she was rude to our financial adviser who discovered the errors. This service is not worth the headache you will have.
