  Good on him...!!! However, there are some things he won't be able to do with simple hand tools. He'll need a lift in many cases. So, he should be prepared for that. It's easy to play with other people's money. So... I would recommend that he contact ORI. They have an extensive parts & accessory inventory and can handle installations he can't do himself. ORI does a lot of prep work for people that like to go to a place near Gore, VA called "The Cove". It is a 4 x4 park.
