Does anyone have a certain realtor or group they’ve used before and had a good experience with? For context I’m not looking to spend any more than $150k and even that’s a bit too high.

  Erin Hybart 337-280-8582 I work with her and she helped me find my house last year. She has helped another co-worker sell her house. She listens to your needs and doesn't try to talk you into something more expensive than what you tell her is your price. I don't know if she has a webpage or anything. I just know her professionally and a little personally. She is a nice person who knows her stuff.
