Currently the lighting situation isn’t great. Looking for recommendations for electricians or licensed contractors to install recessed lighting in a few rooms- the basement (finished) and kitchen already has over head lighting (those weird cheap boob lights) The living room does not have any over head lights- just a lamp switch thingy. Considering doing it ourselves, but the living room seems like a challenge. Any personal references/recommendations and info would be greatly appreciated. Anecdotes on pricing and how long it took is also appreciated, however I know each job is different. Thanks I’m advance!
