  Check engine like came on tonight on my way home from work. Went to Auto Zone and had them hook it up for diagnosis. Catalytic converter or a seal has gone bad. Any of my peeps out there know a good local and honest shop to take it in for repair?

  If its a catalytic converter you're going to possibly flip out when you hear the price of those things. Unless you live in NC you don't need your catalytic converter fixed because SC doesn't have inspections. The only reason for a catalytic is for emissions... to me as not as big of a deal as it how much money it costs. IF you want it fixed check out APS across the river bridge in RH near the bingo place. 803. 366. 8636
