  Can anyone recommend a licensed electrician for two home issues? Issues: 1) Electrical sockets (2) are dead. 2) Two rooms on one side of the home can't handle electrical load. If we have a space heater and a hair dryer going, it causes a power outage to the entire home and I need to go outside to reset the circuit breakers (not sure if that's what I should be doing but it brings back the power).
