  I have a very ON TOPIC question for this Father's Day... Does it make sense in 2013 to seek REPAIR for a malfunctioning washing machine? We bought it used for $100, and I can't imagine even being able to get a service call for less than that. I suspect it's an easy and inexpensive repair, but I know jack squat about appliances. Let me know if you can shed any insight or can suggest a good cheap fix. Thanks!

  hey buzz, we always call this guy...Alan Appliance Repair, he is great and can tell if it is worth it. He come to your house and will tell you if it is pointless or worth it. We have used him on different dryers, a stove, and a refrigerator. His number is 513-851-1186.
