  Tattoo Artist Specializes on color on Dark skin Hi All, I am looking for tattoo artists who have experienced tattooing darker complexion and adding color to it. If you know anyone in the Boston Area. Please let me know. I am also willing to travel since it seems like all the black tattoo artists are either from Atlanta or the DMV area... The artist doesn’t have to be black, but must be have experience tattooing “bright colors” on dark skin.
