  A fan from Rochester wants to find recommendations for home restoration: We are looking into purchasing a home that had someone that smoked in it ( only in garage, but smell exists in house). We would like a reputable company to give us an estimate on the cost to clean (walls & air ducts), seal, and repaint before we move in. If they replaced carpet as well- that is a plus!
