  Kimo at Modified Way is awesome but he is booked a year in advance. I don't think he's accepting appointments until next July. Jesse Hopeless at Exile tattoo is my personal favorite www.jessiehopeless.com. Typically she is also booked out but she is pregnant right now and I don't think she's taking any new clients until after her maternity leave. Maybe you could tell her what you do and she'll consider fitting you in? Anyway, good luck finding an artist. There's lots of good ones out there. Even though its a small tattoo you should go with the best.
