  Rural realtor recommendations? My parents are looking to sell their country home within the next few months. They are seeking a knowledgeable, rural, real estate agent. Their property is almost 3 acres in the country.. absolutely stunning, beautiful, unique and rare... does need work though. Their house is old, small, yet quaint with 2 beautiful stone fireplaces, but would most likely end up being flipped...the houses surrounding them are ridiculously huge.
