Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
We are in entertainment business for many years. The bouncy castles have seen better days and we enjoy customer service all over Auckland.
Describe a typical work day for you?
The van is loaded previous day, we slide our uniforms and head the road with our coffee and always arrive before the time to set up and get that unit ready for the event. Seeing it up, that is the most beautiful moment for everyone.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
We love travelling and entertainment, this is what it's all about. Keep top of the range product and see the smiles that glow like sunshine, keeps us moving.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We do not choose the customers, the customers chooses us for our quality service and best product, rest assured.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
It was delivering four units in a triangular direction from early morning to late evening and not getting anyone upset and being self happy that it could be done...
