  Julie E. wrote: I was very disappointed John did not follow what he and I agreed on for my 5 month cavapoo's first grooming. Her coat was 3 1/2 inches long when I brought her in, without mats. I wanted to maintain her more natural look, but wanted it just cleaned up. We agreed on a trim; he showed on the length of her fur that he would take off less than an inch. Also, I requested her tail and ears be left alone. When John was done, my cavapoo's coat was 1 inch, at best, and the curls at the bottom of her ears were cut away. I feel he disregarded what I wanted and did what he wanted or was easiest for him. We only get to enjoy the puppy coat for a short while of our dog's life; I'm disappointed he took this away and feel he doesn't respect the customer's direction.
