Lease Contracting is a family owned business with personal attention to every customer. We are based out of Iowa Falls, Iowa. We believe in working with our customers to make their visions come true. I, as the owner personally come to your home/business and go over the details of your project with you. I will do your estimate, work on your home/business and work with you to visualize your dream staying within your budget. Lease Contracting does everything from complete home remodels and new construction, including kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, flooring, decks and overhead doors.
