  Husband needs RPLND. Any recommendations in the Seattle/Pacific NW area? He technically has Seminoma Stage IIa, post orchiectomy. His aortocaval node is 1.5cm and looks "cystic" so Urologist is concerned about teratoma. So, recommendation is RPLND. They are offering it robotic, but UW/SCCA has only done a "handful" of robotic RPLND surgeries. Have any of you had RPLND in this area of the United States? ​ Thank you!!
