  Does anyone have a favorite caterer they like to use? I'll need a server too, but that can be separate from the caterer. I'm waiting to hear back from Prime if they can do it, but staff may be the issue, so a server could solve that problem. Recommendations appreciated!

  I used Simply Serving II for service at my wedding celebration (catering by Blue Ribbon). My MIL has used them too for service only and also for service plus some simple hors d'oeuvres catering. Really great, very professional and flexible. I was very happy. http://www.simplyserving.com
