  Coffee shops with seating / parking I went to Starbucks on ocean street because thats the only coffee shop I know that has free parking, all the others I like to go to are downtown and I don't really want to pay for parking. But the tables were still closed. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for coffee shops in Santa Cruz where I can park and sit down and do some work! Thanks!

  [Coffeetopia](http://www.coffeetopia.com) in the Safeway shopping center on Mission. Locally owned—the family lives on the Westside, and my son went to school with the owner’s son. Parking in the shopping center is free, though you may be limited to 2–3 hours.
