  RJ painting (general contractors) (360) 793-2950 and Fresh Start Flooring (425) 238-9540 (located in Monroe) are both very good and reasonably priced. I used RJ when I was managing a small apartment community and my mother uses Fresh Start for the properties she has managed in the past (now she has to use a corporate chosen installer)

  Had some water damage. Insurance company tells me to get a quote from "A contractor". In all the years I have lived here, this is not something I have ever done. Any recommendations? Carpet in a 13' x 14' room was damaged, the whole thing needs to be pulled up and replaced. Possible underfloor damage. Looks dry and sturdy as it ever was now, but who knows eh?
