  Life spring Community Health - Dr. Michelle Pickett & her staff. My good friend is a nurse practitioner there. They are an amazing office & I love that they are a ministry as well. Dr. Pickett's husband is a pastor at New City East Lake. (423) 624-4846 - they are located on McCallie, next to Center for Sportsmed & Ortho
