She had a chimney leak which caused some water damage and needs to have some drywall removed and replaced but she hasn't had any luck with getting people to give her a call back/estimate.   We've worked with [www.handyhector.com](https://www.handyhector.com) pretty extensively. It was formed a few years ago by a local handyman working with some local business guy who sets up small businesses in Savannah. They're insured, bonded, and they actually know how to permit when required. You'll probably talk to Ms. Olive. They're typically about two weeks out, but Hector (or their other techs like Antonio) are top tier for drywall. They don't do \*big\* jobs. So if you're asking for "Entire ceiling of multiple rooms" then you're better offer with a specialist. If it's "about a room" or less, they're ideal and significantly less expensive than a specialist.
