  Good Morning everyone! I need the name of a good company to come in and look at very old hard wood floors and tell me if they are worth saving or should I replace them. They have been covered for at least 30 years didn't even know they were under the carpeting, they apartment is empty waiting to let new renters move in so this is the time to do the floors.
