The repair man came out literally took not even 2 minutes to look at my refrigerator without effort or even investigating the problem before jumping to the conclusion that the water line was frozen and that he couldn't do anything to fix or even replace A part to get the water working again. $65 for two minutes !! He didn't offer to fix it didn't offer options on the parts nothing. Basically told me to get another refrigerator. I'm sorry but $65 to me is worth someone pulling apart my refrigerator thoroughly investigating and confirming that the water line is frozen not guessing that the water line is frozen.... Go with another company someone who is not lazy and will put in the work and make you feel like your money was well spent!
