  We are new to the area and are ISO of reasonably priced plumber and a handyman/woman! Plumber: We need to have our gas hot heater replaced ( located on 3rd floor of our townhouse ,yea stupid location I know!) guts to upstairs toilet replaced and guts or new toilet replaced downstairs ( upon plumbers recommendation) Handyman/woman: need to have the vertical section of dryer venting thats embedded in ceiling repaired.
