  Looking for a really knowledgeable and experienced personal injury defense attorney in Southern California. Family member just received a cross complaint from a company, seeking to indemnify him because they are arguing there was a "principle/agent" relationship with the motorist involved in the accident. No such agency exited and this is a frivolous complaint. Need an attorney knowledgeable about agency law as it applies to personal injury (car accident case). Hopefully attorney can try to dismiss case against him via demurrer or MSJ. Thanks.
