  Call planning and zoning enforcement they may be able to help you 410-535-1600. but I'm not even sure if that's even a law. I don't even believe the sheriffs office has any citations to even write for that never saw any

  Call Rose in Family Services in the Calvert Courthouse 410-535-1600. They have an attorney on Wednesdays (I dont know which Wednesdays though) that you can meet with. There's no charge for their service. You have to have an appointment, I'm sure. Good luck.
