  I had good luck with City Cycle in Stoneham with getting parts to alter/upgrade an old bike for my daughter's use. They were full of good ideas, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and were happy to do the work for me or instruct me on what to do. www.citycycleinc.com -Annie
